Privacy

Your account. An email address and a password, handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored by Tenday in any form and are never visible to the operator.

Your farm data. Everything you enter: crops, seed lots, sowings, harvests, customers, orders, invoices, costs. This is your record of your business. It is stored in a Postgres database where every table is restricted to your farm at the database level, not merely by application code.

Billing. If you subscribe, Stripe handles the payment. Card numbers never reach Tenday's servers. Tenday stores your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and its status.

Feedback. If you use the feedback button, the message is stored along with your farm name, your email and the screen you were on, and a copy is sent to the operator over Telegram.

Usage. A Meta (Facebook) pixel runs on tenday.farm and app.tenday.farm. It records page views and whether a visit led to starting a trial, and it lets Meta report on advertising. It is a third-party tracker and Meta receives that data under its own terms. A browser-level tracker blocker stops it, and nothing in Tenday depends on it working.

Your farm data is not sold, not shared with other farms, and not used to advertise to you. It is not used to train machine learning models.

Aggregate benchmarking across farms is a planned feature and is not built. If it is built, it will be computed so that no farm's own figures are visible to another, and this page will say so before it ships.

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in. Stripe processes payments. Meta receives pixel data. Hostinger hosts the web servers, and Telegram carries operator alerts. Each holds data under its own privacy terms.

Servers and database are located in North America. If you are in the UK or EU, your data is processed outside your region.

Farm data is kept while the account exists. Ask for deletion and the farm and everything in it is removed. Records that exist for legal or accounting reasons, such as issued invoices and payment records held by Stripe, are kept as long as the law requires.

The database is backed up with point-in-time recovery, so deleted data can persist in backups for a short period before ageing out.

Ask and you will be told what is held about you, sent a copy, given corrections, or have it deleted. There is no form and no wait time policy: it is one person, and you will get a straight answer.
